Aberdeen City Council recognises sustainability benefits of CHP plant

Aberdeen City Council has resolved to grant permission for a biomass combined heat and power (CHP) plant at Stoneywood paper mill subject to the signing of a legal agreement relating to developer contributions towards a strategic transport fund and tree planting within the paper mill site.
