AD plant in Lincolnshire AONB recommended for refusal due to scale and impact on landscape character

Lincolnshire County Council has considered an officer recommendation to refuse an application for a 500KW anaerobic digestion (AD) plant because there were no exceptional circumstances to justify the development within the Lincolnshire Wolds AONB and because it had not been demonstrated that the proposals would not harm the landscape character.
