Additional time granted to comply with notice requiring recycling use to cease

An appeal against an enforcement notice issued by Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council requiring the unauthorised use of the site as a waste and recycling facility to cease has been dismissed but the length of time to comply has been extended to three months.
