Aggregate recycling extension allowed in Oxfordshire countryside

Permission has been granted on appeal for an extension to an aggregate recycling facility, including processing and eight metre high stockpiles at a former quarry in Oxfordshire, with the inspector finding that the adverse impacts did not outweigh the benefits.
