'Aggressive' development would appear alien in AONB and WHS

A landscape contracting business in the Penwith peninsular, Cornwall, was refused for significant harm to the character of an area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB) and less than substantial harm to a world heritage site (WHS) that was not outweighed by public benefits, contrary to local and national policies aiming to protect such areas.
