Alfreton transfer station first under joint contract

Interserve has finished the construction of a £2.5 million waste transfer station in Alfreton, Derbyshire. Clover Nook is the first facility to be brought on stream as part of the joint waste management contract for Derby City Council and Derbyshire County Council which Interserve runs in a joint venture with United Utilities.
