Amendments to recycling facility near Heathrow airport approved

A recycling, recovery and processing facility for construction and demolition waste on a 9.4-hectare site in Stanwell Moor, near Heathrow Airport, has been approved by Surrey County Council subject to referral to the secretary of state as a departure from the development plan.
