Amenity space and single aspect deficiencies identified

An inspector, in concluding that a development of 126 residential units in east London would not prejudice the spatial strategy for the area, nonetheless held that deficiencies in terms of amenity and play space together with the design of some of the units meant that the appeal had to be dismissed.
