Anaerobic digester at green belt farm judged to be inappropriate

The construction of an anaerobic digestion (AD) plant and silage compound at a 138-hectare arable farm in the Hertfordshire green belt was held to be an inappropriate form of development, despite the appellant claiming it was directly related to agriculture.
