Appellants avoid costs claim from aviation authorities

The Scottish Government disagreed with one of its reporters that a company proposing the erection of a 99.5 metre high wind turbine in Lanarkshire should pay the costs of the British Airports Authority (BAA) and Glasgow Airport Ltd (GAL) who had raised serious objections to the scheme.
