BAA welcomes much-delayed report

The British Aggregates Association (BAA) says the final publication of a report initially funded by the previous Labour government into the effectiveness of mineral policy statements has vindicated its view that mineral planning needs to be given more prominence in a unified document - a wish it says has been partially fulfilled by the NPPF.
