Benefits of golf course proposal deemed to justify extended importation of fill at Hoddeston Quarry

Hertfordshire County Council has decided that a proposal to import up to 90,000 cubic metres of inert material to restore a former quarry to a nine-hole golf course was acceptable although it was within the green belt.
