Biomass renewable energy plant

Falkirk Council agreed to inform Scottish Ministers that they were, in principle, opposed to a proposal for a biomass renewable energy plant with an electrical output of 100MW on which the council was consulted by Scottish ministers under the Electricity Act 1989.
