Breach of conditions at calcite vein mineral workings

The owners of a limestone quarry in the Peak District national park were unsuccessful in seeking to strike down an enforcement notice requiring them to comply with two conditions imposed on a temporary planning permission, an inspector ruling that there had been a breach of control and continued mining was harmful to the landscape.
