Burial ground setting harmed by seven storey development

The erection of a building containing 121 residential units with commercial and community uses at ground floor level near to an historic burial ground in an east London conservation area would undermine its intimate and tranquil character, an inspector concluded, as well as adversely affecting the setting of listed structures within it.
