CCTV cameras reduce neighbour's privacy

In attempting to strike the right balance between the needs of an appellant living in a house in south Wales and objections from neighbouring residents to the number and siting of CCTV cameras, an inspector concluded that some of the equipment had to be removed to prevent the perception of being overlooked.
