Charity's ambitions for cycle path thwarted

A proposal by a Derbyshire cycle charity for a 1.1km path for walkers and cyclists through a country park and woodland was rejected because information about the impact on trees was inadequate, archaeological concerns were not resolved and parked cars would harm residential amenity.
