Church steeple must be replaced after unlawful removal

The owner of a former church in Glasgow who had removed part of the spire for safety reasons failed to overturn an enforcement notice requiring him to reinstate the upper parts of the building. A listed building appeal to reduce the steeple further was also dismissed.
