Colliery restoration accounted for in allowing waste site

A Derbyshire resident who, after years of suffering through mining operations near his home, had looked forward to the countryside being restored when the colliery closed, was disappointed to fail in his High Court challenge to plans to use part of the site as a waste composting site.
