Conditions on school use re-examined

An inspector, in determining an appeal against five conditions imposed on a permission authorising the use of a semi-detached building in north London as a Jewish Orthodox school, decided to maintain the temporary nature of the use thereby allowing the council to re-consider the impact on local residents.
