Contracts - North East partnership reveals tender winners

The South Tyne and Wear Waste Management Partnership has announced that a consortium comprising SITA UK, Royal Bank of Scotland and Catalyst Lend Lease has won a competitive PFI tender to build and operate a facility that will convert around 190,000 tonnes of waste into electricity per year.
