Conversion to residential mooring ruled out in countryside

The conversion of leisure moorings at a marina in Gloucestershire to residential status was rejected, an inspector finding that it would result in green belt harm, would be unacceptable residential development in the open countryside and would harm tourism and leisure facilities.
