Cost of refusal a material consideration in scheduled monument consent at quarry

Scottish ministers have granted scheduled ancient monument consent for quarrying operations involving the loss of Sheep Hill Fort, West Dunbartonshire after calling in an application made to Historic Environment Scotland in 2021.
