Court of Appeal rules on assessing impacts on heritage assets

In East Northamptonshire DC v Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government Barnwell Manor Wind Energy Ltd v East Northamptonshire DC [2014], the Court of Appeal was asked to consider the statutory duty contained within section 66 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
