Criteria to designate unsatisfactory planning authorities set out

A document has been issued which sets out the criteria which the government intends to use to designate local planning authorities if their performance in handling planning applications falls below a satisfactory level, under the powers contained in section 62B of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
