Cumulative impact of garage extension not incidental

In refusing to issue a LDC confirming that an extension to a domestic garage at a dwelling in Berkshire was lawful, an inspector decided that the appellant had not proven that it would be ancillary to the primary use of the land given the range of buildings already existing.
