EA approval of Willows scheme should 'reassure' Norfolk

The councillor at the centre of Norfolk County Council's controversial plans to build an energy-from -waste (EfW) plant outside King's Lynn says he hopes the Environment Agency's decision to grant an environmental permit to the scheme will mean more focus will now be on its benefits, in particular the £8m a year it will save the council.
