Enforcement notice and lawful development certificate appeal dismissed

An inspector has dismissed appeals against an enforcement notice issued by London Borough of Bexley Council in respect of unauthorised deposit, storage and processing of green waste and inert waste on two sites at a former garden centre in Sidcup, Kent.
