Enforcement notice relating to removal of material from quarry face upheld

An appeal against an enforcement notice alleging that unauthorised engineering operations had taken place at a former quarry in Rosneath has been upheld with a variation to the date for compliance to allow for the likelihood of wet ground conditions until spring.
