Extension of time on housing permission rejected

Claims by the owner of industrial land in Wiltshire that he needed extra time to implement a recently renewed outline planning permission for nine dwellings were held to be insufficiently convincing to allow further periods to submit reserved matters and start construction. A second appeal seeking a variation in a condition relating to car parking was also dismissed.
