Extensive landbank should not stop quarry extension, inspector decides

An appeal against Lincolnshire County Council's refusal of permission for a four-hectare extension to Dunstan quarry has been allowed and permission granted by a planning inspector despite there being a 40-year landbank of permitted reserves in the county.
