Favourable recommendation for aluminium recycling facility in north-west Scotland

The Highland Council has been recommended to accept a proposal for an aluminum recycling and billet casting facility at Fort William with the capacity to produce up to 100,000 tonnes a year of recycled and primary aluminum.
