Food waste restriction upheld at waste management site near Edinburgh Airport

An inspector has concluded that the scope of materials which can be recycled at a demolition contractor's yard could be widened, but that a prohibition on food waste and putrescible waste was justified given the threat of bird strike at Edinburgh airport.
