Gaps in government guidance over planning levy must be plugged, recommends London Assembly

Additional guidance by Government is needed to ensure the successful introduction of the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) in London the London Assembly warned in its response to Mayoral planning guidance. The Assembly Committee recently carried out an investigation that looked at the potential impact of the levy on development and regeneration in London.
