Gas production scheme not demonstrated to be most preferable site

North Yorkshire County Council considered a proposal for gas production, alterations and the provision of new facilities; the construction of two underground gas pipelines; the provision of a new vehicular access road; and the construction of a gas processing plant to include the construction of an export pipeline.
