Global demand for construction aggregates to exceed 48 billion metric tons in 2015

The global market for construction aggregates is expected to increase 5.2 per cent per year through 2015 to 48.3 billion metric tons according to a new report World Construction Aggregates, from The Freedonia Group Inc., a Cleveland-based industry market research firm.
