Green belt restriction overrides personal need

A claim by an appellant that his wife required a new bungalow to be erected at their farm in the Warrington green belt in order to address her recently diagnosed neurological disorder was overridden by an inspector's conclusion that it would impact unduly upon the openness of the area.
