Grocery sector 'on track' to reduce waste

The grocery sector is making good progress at reducing waste, figures from WRAP reveal, with waste in the supply chain well ahead of a target that had been set for the end of this year, and packaging waste down by 8.2 per cent over the last two and a half years with a target of 10 per cent to reach by the end of the year.
