Gypsy occupation thwarted by aircraft noise

An inspector refused to vary the terms of a condition imposed on a planning permission for three caravans in Oxfordshire on the basis that allowing any Gypsy or traveller to occupy them would adversely undermine their living conditions because of noise associated with military aircraft.
