Housing unacceptable on rural site given supply

An inspector ruled that a proposal for 56 new houses near to a new settlement in Devon would be unacceptable because it would breach the development plan's policies seeking to concentrate such housing in principal urban areas and the housing supply figure for such rural sites significantly exceeded the five-year supply.
