Increased throughput allowed at WTS subject to highway improvements

Lincolnshire County Council has approved an application to increase the throughput of a materials recovery facility (MRF) from 25,000 tonnes a year to 50,000t/yr after the applicant agreed to contribute financially to improve the approach road.
