Inert waste recycling facility approved despite delay to restoration of landill site

Permission has been granted by North Yorkshire County Council for a waste management facility which would treat up to 50,000 tonnes a year of construction waste, commercial and industrial waste at Copley Lane landfill site, near Selby.
