Inert waste recycling facility refused due to noise disturbance to wildlife

An inert recycling use forming part of a haulage yard in the Cotswold Water Park in Gloucestershire has been refused on appeal because of its harmful effect on nearby residents, visitor sites, holiday accommodation and local wildlife.
