It's time to get ready for biodiversity net gain

With the royal assent of the Environment Act, the clock is ticking down to the introduction of the biodiversity net gain duty in November 2023. While the scheme's details are still being consulted on and much uncertainty about the market for BNG credits remains, developers and planning offices need to start preparing
