Kent landfill firm fined £46,000 for repeatedly breaking the law

The Environment Agency has successfully prosecuted Kent firm, Bournewood Sand & Gravel Ltd after they repeatedly breached their landfill permit. The company was fined a total of £10,000 and ordered to pay £36,000 in costs.
