Lancashire council advised that recycled aggregate production may harm rural character of countryside

Lancashire County Council has deferred a decision on an application for the change of use of a 0.6 hectare site in open countryside to allow the receipt and processing of up to 75,000 tonnes a year of inert waste to produce recycled aggregate.
