Limestone - Inspector upholds time limits at quarry

An inspector has upheld an enforcement notice requiring the owners of Moss Rake Quarry East, in Bradwell, Derbyshire, to comply with two conditions imposed on a temporary planning permission, ruling that there had been a breach of control and continued mining was harmful to the landscape.
