Lincolnshire anaerobic digestion plant deferred pending clarification of technical issues

Lincolnshire County Council has deferred an application for a 30,000tpa anaerobic digestion (AD) and in vessel compost (IVC) facility to allow the applicant to address the Environment Agency's concerns about noise, odour and bioaerosols.
