Liquid fertiliser lagoon held not to materially affect residential amenity

A planning inspector has allowed an appeal against the refusal by Lichfield District Council to grant permission for a lagoon to store 4,500 tonnes of liquid centrate fertiliser, a by-product of the anaerobic digestion process.
