Liquidator seeks advice after BAA action

The liquidator of an Isle of Skye-based aggregates firm says it is seeking legal advice after the British Aggregates Association (BAA) wrote to it claiming that the company had only really fallen into difficulties through non-payment of the aggregates levy - a tax BAA says it is on the point of having declared illegal.
